Why i started INSPIRED INCLUSION

Inspired Inclusion grew from both passion and frustration — a desire to make SEND support more accessible, honest, and effective for those navigating an often complex system.

With over 15 years’ experience across education and community settings, I have worked closely with children, families, and professionals to support a wide range of needs.

Alongside this, I continue to work on the frontline as an Executive Leader for SEND and Inclusion across a network of organisations supporting children and young people aged 2–18. This gives me a real, current understanding of the challenges within the system, as well as what meaningful, inclusive practice truly looks like in action.

Bespoke learning assessments designed to explore key areas of learning, particularly tailored for those requiring EHCP support. Areas assessed include: Attention, Working memory, Processing speed, Literacy and reading age, and Numeracy skills. This learning assessment SEND provides a clear understanding of how your child learns best, highlighting both strengths and areas where inclusion services may offer additional support.
